ALBUS SEVERUS POTTER
INTRODUCTION
Full name: albus severus potter
Nickname(s): al, sev
Age: sixteen
Gender: male
House: slytherin
Year: sixth
APPEARANCE
Play By: francisco lachowski
Style: Out of all of his family, Albus had a very simple/edgy fashion sense. He liked his simple t-shirts and his jeans during the fall or shorts during the summer time. It wasn't that out of the ordinary but Albus didn't follow any real stereotypes when it came to his clothing choice. Sometimes whacky, occasionally classy; it wasn't something he spent to much time on really.
Distinguishing Marks: He has a birthmark on his lowerback but other then that, nothing.
PERSONALITY
Likes: Taming the wild girls of Hogwarts, Quidditch, Becoming an auror, his family, spending time with friends, partying, Slytherin pride, his Casinovian ways, swimming, taking long bathes.[/blockquote]
Dislikes: competition (others who are self-observed/arrogant), blood purist heresy, girls who play games, boys swooning for lily, the idea of being alone, people who think they're better then albus, very enclosed spaces, being proven wrong, extreme heat, long trips.
Boggart:
THE DARK LORD RETURNS - This is an obvious one right, My father as told me tons of stories about what he had to do to succeed, and even the triumphs he had to overcome and I know I wouldn't want to have to deal with all of what he went through, he's a legend for a reason. I'm really proud of him, truly.
Patronus: Meerkat
Strengths: Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Potions, Quidditch, Speaking
Weaknesses: Herbology, Divination, Muggle Studies, Conceited
Personality:
If being a Potter wasn’t enough of an ego boost for the sixth year, being a very prominent figure in the Hogwarts castle with all of his extracurricular that he had going on. He would love to enjoy his time but the Beater was extremely busy from all the activities he was in. A small ounce of Al wanted to follow his father’s footsteps in becoming an aura so he took five classes: Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Potions, History of Magic and Transfiguration. The requirements to being able to train to become an auror but he also wanted to forge his own path within the Wizarding world.
A quality that resonated with Albus from a young age was his inquisitive nature. From his youth, he would ask his Grandmother Molly what she was doing and he always had a yearning to learn more about his surroundings. Also, Albus was an extroverted observer, which meant that he was extremely focused and precise when it came to what he did and whom he watched, but he would also be vocal with his opinions and if someone was doing something incorrect, he found it easy to harshly critique them in an honest way. Al was very harsh and brute in his teaching style as well as his personality but it was never ill-willed or filled with spite, he was able to see the good within people which often left him feeling empty and backstabbed when others intentions weren’t so pure.
A smooth-talker, Albus considered himself a casanovian. Obsessed with the idea of lust, love and the affects of what it did to both boys and girls, it was an idea he often toyed with using others as his personal experiments for his own twisted game. He liked seeing what attitude worked well if others and if some people responded to a harsher personalty and to see an overbearing personality when it came to love ever worked. It wasn’t often that Al did this but when he did, it was always a good lesson for Albus. He loved his body as well as the female anatomy admiring the curves and enjoying the attention these women gave him, as if he was a god. It was something Albus just couldn’t resist.
Overall, Albus was and still is a sixteen-year-old teenager. As wise as he is, he still has his tendencies that he divulges in, like women. However, he still knew what he needed to do to succeed and with such a time restraint in his life, he wasn’t often seen hanging around enjoying the company of his friends. With school and everything else on his plate, it wasn’t a luxury that he often had.
BIOGRAPHY
Father:[/sup][/blockquote]
harry on albus - “Is it strange to say that my son is everything that I’ve ever wanted in a child? He’s exactly what I was like but with this mother’s intellect, the fact that he has had so much drive and ambition even as a kid still impresses me until this day. He was a fourth year when he created his very own Patronus, really taking an adult look on the world. I sometimes wonder if my ambitious nature to let him succeed a bit overpowering but you can never let the regrets of the world change anything. Albus is an amazing wizard, and all of my kids will be great additions to the wizarding world.”
Mother:
ginny on albus - “My little boy, I still see him as the careless two year old who had to go to the doctor’s because he pulled on my broomstick and hit himself on the head. Gosh, it’s amazing how quickly all of my babies have grown up. –sob- Each one of my children took a different role, James really took after the prankster ways of Fred and George, and Lily took after me but Albus is the spitting image of Harry. Or rather, if Harry was a little more focused. He makes me proud, as do all of my kids. I’m excited to see where his life takes him because he’s so diverse and driven in all aspects of his life. But if he wants to be the keeper of a Quidditch team, I’ll definitely be okay with that.”
Siblings:
albus on james - "Ah James, my brother. He's such a competitive asshole jerk sometimes, but he's my man. I'd do anything for him, he's a bit of a prankster but at the end of the day, he only has the best intentions. We're actually pretty close, the way I'm able to come to him with any problems is great. We're so different but alike at the same time."
albus on lily - "Lily Luna Potter, the sane girl when it comes to the trio known as the Potter kids. We get so much attention from being the kids of the infamous Potters but, the guys who give her attention, I'll curse them to the moon. I’m very protective over my little sis. I’m a bit of a hypocrite but I don’t care. I care way too much about her to let anyone hurt her, sometimes being the caged bird was better then being heartbroken. I only do it because I love you Lily, promise.
Pets: kol, the barn owl
General History:
The story of the Potter's were always one often spread throughout the Wizarding World as hope. They were the light illuminating the darkness that tempted to taint the very idea of equality for both Muggle wizards and those whose family have been dabbling within the arts for centuries. With Ginny's second child's birth approaching within the month, the Potters were enjoying their time with their eldest son James in Godric's Hallow as the unthinkable happened. Three Death Eaters apparated in front of their house and barged in attempting to take one of the very few things that Harry finally had, his happiness. As the Death Eater's shot their crucios and harmful spells over to Ginny, Auror Harry was able to successfully fend them off giving Ginny enough time to take James into their basement to hide. They had always been skeptics with Voldemort being gone, they both knew that nothing would actually be different, that his little leeches were still in the world trying to continue the attempted legacy that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named left behind. The infamous words of Harry's favorite spell could be heard, expelliarmus as Harry was able to stun all three of the ragtag Death Eaters and left them unconcious. Go and get the Aurors. were heard as a whisper from outside as Harry's patronus disappeared into the morning sky calling for assistance to deal with the intruders.
The year old James was carefree as always running around the basement after clinging to his mother for deal life. As a child, it was inevitable to let the worries of the world affect you. However, as Harry opened the basement door, Ginny's water broke onto the floor and the only thing that could be heard was the subtle curse word escaped her lips and Harry dropped to the floor from exhaustion. "Oh God No." Ginny began to freak out as she had a child who didn't need to see the harsh realities of child birth or even a hurt father. James ran over to Harry and began to sob with his tiny hands grasping for the life within his idol. "Get my mother now!" the youngest Weasley screamed to her horse trying to breathe and not cause their newest child to be born from stress. From all the midwives she befriended, she heard that stress can cause trauma to the baby causing anything from a birth deformity to being a squib. Taking a deep breath, Ginny slowly limped onto the floor with her hands over her head.
"Honey, Dear God. What happened?!" the aged Molly gave her youngest and only daughter a smile trying to bring a sense of serenity and peace to the hectic situation. "This is what we'll do. We need to both go to the Hospital Wing. We can't apperate for the baby but, floo powder will work darling, don't worry about it." If anyone could calm down the quick-tempered pregnant Ginny, it was her mother. Bringing out her little bag of floo powder, Molly smiled as she grabbed James and smiled at her grandson.
"Everything'll be okay." soothing the young child, it was only a few moments before she apparated with Harry and met her daughter and their child at St. Mungos. Apparently, the Death Eaters had a massive scaled attack, as if one last hoorah for the majority of them who were captured. There were tiny amounts of rebellion from the Death Eaters but many prominent families were attacked by them, with a few actually being successful and killing their targets. Harry was now in a bed with his body filled with cuts and his left arm dangling out of its socket. A hectic morning became even moreso as Harry was unconscious being worked on by the nurses and Ginny had been pushing trying to wait for Harry to be awake for the birth of their son. Hours passed as Ginny's temper began to flare with the curse words and taunts she yelled at her husband only a few yards away from her. "Wake up asshole! I can't do this without you!" tears began to run down Ginny's face unsure of what she was going to do, her emotions taking on her on a roller coaster ride that she just wanted to get off of. The crying of her second born could be heard above the other chatter of nurses taking care of the others who were attacked. The premature child was in his mother's arms crying and from Harry's lips whispered the words, albus severus. Finally coming into slight consciousness, Ginny was pulled over to Harry where she whacked him on the arm from frustration but all harry could do was laugh and smile, this is what their family was known for, almost instantly did the rest of the Weasley's apparate (who weren't attacked like Bill/Percy) to see if the clan was taken cared of.
The rest of Albus' life was semi-normal until he headed off to Hogwarts. The first twelve years of his life was under his brother's shadow, a natural talent to succeed and learn was second nature to the way his heart controlled what he actually did. A fire lit within his soul, Albus was one who often wanted to be seen as a protector and a helper. Often either seen waiting for Harry to come home from work or even his mother from her Quidditch, they spent most of their time with Grandma Molly learning what it was to be sincere and honest with each other. Molly watched most of the grandchildren and this is where their bond really came together, the Weasley clan was extremely close because of this. It was often that they all bonded through Quidditch, like his father and mother, Albus loved Quidditch but his position was Keeper. For him, he learned and liked being the protector, guarding the posts from others who wanted to get in. It was something that he was good at.
Finally heading to Hogwarts at the ripe age of twelve, it all happened so quickly as he boarded the train and what felt instant to the young kid, he was sitting under the Sorting Hat hoping that he would not have Slytherin. "Slytherin would be a respectable place for you, young Albus. Your middle namesake would agree, you would become the powerful wizard you are destined to become. But your heart, it's filled with this overwhelming sensation to protect others. Your bravery to care for others, your wit and knowledge. This is a difficult decision, young Potter. This is why you'll be placed in Slytherin!" With that, a nervous Albus walked over to his new house, misunderstood and not realizing his newly found love for his house, and what it would do for the kid, let him define himself.
From there, his first year wasn't affected too much as he tried his very best to imitate a sponge when it came to learning, always wanting to excel above and beyond, Albus was one who spoke with the teachers after class asking questions (almost obnoxiously) and never stopping at just good enough. This was the year he tried out for Quidditch, being beaten by a seventh year, although it was expected, really wanting to hone his skills as a Wizard. Being given magical prowess was something that Albus was proud of, it was a great time for the Wizarding World currently with no evils to taint and subdue the exponential growth these young ambitious students were going to have. Being a sixth year, the time he spent at Hogwarts zoomed by extremely quickly. A very well-rounded student, he studied often, was a devoted Quidditch player (even off the team, he loved being a beater on all the scrimmage games they've had) and to top it all of, he was mastering the skill of juggling, his life being as chaotic as it was, he had to learn how to do his best in all his activities with the little time that he had.
