Personality: Gwenyth is pretty much the exact opposite of her older brother, Graham. She's a fairly sweet and quiet girl, and she doesn't really get angry very easily. That doesn't mean that she doesn't have her own temper, because she does. But her father has always been a physically abusive man, and she's always been verbally abused by Graham almost her entire life. Her self esteem is pretty nonexistant.
Gwen has always tried to be a peace keeper. She doesn't like conflict, and has always been pushed around. But she's very sweet, where she wants everyone to be happy and get along, but she's also a realist. She knows that the world is not a perfect place, and she easily just fits in the back of the room, blending in to the wall paper.

General History: Gwenyth is the younger sister to Graham Dawlish, and the youngest and only girl of John and Poppy Dawlish. Whereas Graham had it easy as a child, Gwen had a really hard time. She never quite fit in with the kids around, and could never get her older brother to really take any notice in her. She spent most of her time outside, with a book, instead of inside where the smoke made her cough and her ad complained about everything.
Gwen would always try to help out around like her brother, but she could never quite do a good enough job. Every time she messed up, she would get a smack across the face, or other like things. Even if she did do something right she generally got hit. Her father didn't much care about having a daughter. He didn't even really like having a wife. Poppy tried to stand up for Gwen, but she always got shut up in the same way Gwen did. Eventually she stopped trying, leaving her to take care of herself. But of course she always took it. She has never quite been able to take care of herself. Eventually Graham took like their father, but instead of the physical abuse, there's the mental abuse. By the time she started Hogwarts she was a mess of emotions.
She was sorted into Hufflepuff and for the first time realized what it was like to actually be accepted as who she was and not constantly getting reprimanded. It was so foreign to her, but she liked it. However it didn't help with her bravery, because every time she went home she was still abused. But she's trying, and hopes to one day stand up to her father, and just be her. She doesn't think he'll ever like her. She's a girl and she's pretty much the opposite of Graham. But she keeps counting the days until she's an adult. A little less than two years, and she was gone.
