He nodded as he looked at her. "sure." he said as he looked at her. "Visit to the dungeons sounds nice." he chuckled softly. He wasn't sure what to do. Here he was trying to flirt with her only to find out that she was already married. He couldn't believe his luck. He sighed softly as he looked through the telescope at the planets.

If there was something she was gifted at it was observing people. Charlize was not stupid, something in Geoff had changed. For a few moments she sat quietly. She sat quietly because she was wondering on whether she should address it or not. Eventually she decided she would, ”What’s wrong?” Chaz asked him. Her eyes were focused on him and there was a slight furrow in her brow.
They seemed to be getting on fine so she could only assume that there was something else going on. If he did not wish to talk about she would not pry. ”Would you like me to leave you to yourself?” She knew at times people needed space.

He looked at her and sighed. "Well, It's not so much wrong as I feel like an idiot." he said to her as he frowned. He sighed and moved to sit down on the seat of stone nearby. "I just don't know why I always find the ones that are married who are attractive." he said. His eyes falling away from her as he closed his eyes. "I don't want you to leave but I think it would be best." he said as he looked at her. "I don't want to upset your husband by keeping you to long." he said as he stood and moved back toward the astronomy tower office.

Her brow furrowed when he said he felt like and idiot. "Was it not Mars and Jupiter?" Chaz asked him curiously. If he had gotten the planets wrong that would be embarrassing but she could forgive him. The more he spoke the more confused she got. That was until he told her she should leave incase her husband got upset. It took her a moment to glance down at her ring before Charlize did something that was uncharacteristic. As Geoff moved toward his office she caught it hand.
"I am not married." Charlize was fighting internally on whether to tell him or not. She didn't want to look like she had messed up her life.

He looked at her. "Then why are you wearing the ring?" he asked as he frowned more. "If you weren't married you wouldn't have it on." he said. "So your Married." he added. "Go ahead and say what you want but it won't change that fact." he said. His emotions were ablaze. He couldn't place what he felt at the moment. He wanted to believe her but he just couldn't.

Chaz let go of his hand and frowned. She wanted to explain now but it was obvious that he wasn't going to listen to her. For some reason she felt her eyes sting with tears. Chaz was kicking herself inside. She wasn't meant to like him but she obviously did. He was such good company and she had wrecked a friendship, at least, with the fact that her finger had felt weird and she hadn't wanted to answer any questions. "I'll just go." she muttered. Chaz turned away from him and took off down the stairs, slipping the ring off her finger as she went.
