So first things first, look at this beautiful man, here. How can you not love that beauty? That right there is Dean Geyer, and who I am requesting as a playby when it comes to this request.

Second of all, here be Tabitha's application, that'll basically give you an idea of the past the two have had and who Tab is. Dean there is the father of Tab's daughter Teagan, not that he's even aware of her existence currently, and its been six years since either one of them have seen each other. Anyway, there are a couple of ideas that I've got going through my head for these two and you can pick which one you like better.

The first one being that Dean (Or whatever you name him) finally managed to track down Tab, probably through her parents and is basically wanting answers from her and appears at her doorstep one day. Where he then finds out that theres a six year old kid there, who Tab shall try and hide or deny or whatever and he ends up basically forcing his way into their lives again. And more drama can ensure from that whole thing.

OR

The second idea being that Dean comes into St. Mungos because of some sort of injury, it doesn't have to be super big or anything like that but Tab ends up being the Healer taking care of him which basically freaks the shit out of her. And from there he ends up basically following her around a lot (once out of St. Mungos) and finding out that he's the father of Teagan which he could try to then play the part of the father or freak out or both or whatever. Again, this is something we can develop or add or subtract or whatever.

But yes, those are the ideas, the PB really should be Dean Geyer and in the app I said he was 24-26 but you can make him older than that if you want to.
