Hugo Arthur Weasley ;; Class had ended for the day, and Hugo sat alongside the Black Lake, leaning up against a tree. Students were everywhere, roaming the grounds and taking advantage of the sunny weather. It was cool, but not unpleasant so long as you had long sleeves. Though Hugo idly noted that most of the boys, especially the upperclassmen, were running around in t-shirts and sleeveless shirts insisting to the sweater-bundled girls that they weren't cold. Hugo, who was always honest and never that idiotic, was wearing his favorite tan pullover and the questionably clean jeans he had thrown on after his last class that afternoon, eager to get out of his robes which he had spilled some slugs on during potions. It was just as nasty as it sounded.
Hugo found a flat stone beside him and picked it up, skipping it across the dark water. The lake was his favorite part of the Hogwarts grounds, and he wished it wasn't too chilly to go for a swim. He sighed and glanced at the stack of books beside him. His homework would only take him a half hour, as he had finished majority of it during class. Hugo didn't normally procrastinate, and did his work right after being dismissed for the day so the rest of his evening would be free, but it was too nice outside to sit within the castle walls and study. Even for a nerd like himself.

Iggy H. Boehlke Iggy Hogarth Boehlke was not in a sitting down mood, to say the least. Of course he was never in a sitting down mood. The boy literally could not sit still to save his life. It just wasn't in his nature, even if he took his pills. They honestly just didn't work the way they probably should, which is probably why he never took them. He hated taking things that didn't do anything. So they sat unused in the bottom of his trunk. And what his parents didn't know wouldn't kill them, right?
And Madigan definitely couldn't sit still and cooped up when it was not so bad outside. For the month, it was actually fairly nice, espeically since he was wearing a light blue sweater and jeans. He found his way down towards the black lake, three balls inside his school bag he was just itching to get out. But walking down the steep path and juggling at the same time was not a good combo, if he wanted it to be the death of him, which had almost happened multiple times. When Iggy finally did get down to the lake, he pulled the balls out of his bag and started to do tricks, smiling.
It took Madigan a few moments to notice that one of his best friends, Hugo Weasley, was already down at the lake. And when he noticed he got distracted, putting the balls back in his bag, and stepping up onto some large rocks, acting like it was a great acrobatic adventure to walk across them and not fall, jumping down next to Hugo, his bright purple high tops softening his fall. Madigan got the balls back out and started to juggle, whistling a little tune he'd made up, then said, "Morning, Broseph," even though it was most definitely not morning. He just kind of always said that.

Keaton Wood was never the sort of boy who could just sit around and do nothing for the majority of his day, oh no, he always needed to get out and do something. Anything, really, as long as it kept him from being stuck in way place for too long or from perhaps doing homework which he often tried to avoid. Either way, Keaton found himself out and about on this fine day, a light plaid jacket keeping him warm as he moved down the halls of the school he'd attended for five, going on six years, and was the place he considered his home away from home. Of course, that whole home thing had a lot to do with the fact that he had himself a fair amount of rather close friends, whether they be ones he'd known for years or ones he'd only become close to as of recently, it simply was a place where Keaton knew he was accepted.
It was a nice sort of feeling, something he had yet to get tired of feeling, sure Keaton liked his private time like everyone else, but he would much rather be around others that enjoyed him as much as he enjoyed them than be on his own. Which was probably why the blonde was walking down the last of the halls and out onto the large campus that was just another small section of what consisted of Hogwarts. With a shake of his head he let those brightly colored eyes of his wander around the grounds, trying to see if he would spot any of those people that Keaton enjoyed so much. And to his luck, or what he'd at least like to think of as luck, he spotted a certain dark haired male out by the lake juggling what appeared to be small objects. Which in Keaton's mind, only meant one possible person, Iggy. Probably one of the few people that Keaton was truly close to, a brother from another mother of sorts.
And it wasn't only Iggy who was there, as Keaton was coming to realize as he moved himself closer to the lake. But a particular red headed male from the same year as him was also there accompanying Iggy, someone else that caused a bright smile to appear on his features as he decided to let out a loud sort of whistle as he approached before then waving the two arms he had above his head. "Yoooooo my little lovelies!" he greeted as he continued over, a playful grin replacing the one that had been on Keaton's lips before. word count. 435 notes. best fraaaands. outfit. here.

Hugo Arthur Weasley ;;Hugo glanced up, watching a lanky figure work it's way towards him across some boulders. There was no mistaking who it was, Iggy Boehlke was definitely one of a kind from his messy mop of hair to the purple shoes on his feet. Hugo winced, hoping that the boy wouldn't trip and break an ankle or something. Then he would have to drag his friend to the infirmary, and to be quite frank, the healers were quite sick of seeing the two Ravenclaws after five straight years of their various injuries which were of frequent occurrence. A sigh escaped his lips and he grinned as Iggy jumped down beside him, miraculously landing on both feet. Immediately he buried his hand in his bag and whipped out the three balls he was never without. This annoyed some people, but Hugo was used to Madigan's hyperactive ways, and loved him for it. He watched the balls revolve in Iggy's capable hands, peering up at his friend from his spot on the ground. "Good to see you Iggy," he laughed. Hugo never had been able to find out exactly what 'broseph' meant, but in with Iggy it always seemed to make sense.
A loud, shrill whistle caused Hugo to jump slightly, and twist around in the direction of the noise. A blonde boy was heading their way, flailing his arms about in a spastic fashion. It was Keaton, the third sixth year to their threesome. Though he was in Gryffindor while Madigan and Hugo were in Ravenclaw, the trio had been best friends since their first year. They were still close and imposing havoc on Hogwarts all these years later. Hugo stumbled to his feet, an awkward movement that normal people only made when they were quite intoxicated. Once vertical, he grinned at Keaton and nudged Iggy in the ribs. "Hear that Ig?" he asked, his eyes full of mischief. "Keaton here thinks we're lovely! About time someone gave us some bloody credit!"

Iggy H. Boehlke Madigan's sense of adventure was evident in everything he did, which Hugo and Keaton had long since learned. He lived inside his head, which he figured was a side affect of being ADD. Because in his mind, doing crazy things was something that was sort of heroic, even though he knew it wasn't so. But he didn't dwell on things like that. "It's always good to see me, Hugo, I'm awesome," he said, looking at Hugo, not at the rotating balls in his hand. Sometimes, the move was so easy he just didn't have to. Iggy heard the shrill whistle come from his other best friend, Keaton Wood. That boy sure was loud sometimes, and making a scene by flailing about like he was on fire. Hugo and Iggy had it easy being in the same house together, whereas poor Keaton was in Gryffindor. That didn't stop them from sneaking out for midnight shenanigans though, which Iggy had their next mission at midnight in mind already, and would probably bring it up later. The tall gawkward boy laughed and stopped his flying objects, tossing a ball at Keaton, aiming for his chest. He watched as Hugo stood up akwardly, looking a little drunk, which wasn't something the threesome had much experience in, since they didn't really go out of their way to drink, and Hugo was too much of a goody goody to even hold a drink in his hand let alone get drunk. "He gives credit where credit is due broski," Iggy replied, holding his hand out for the ball he had thrown at Keaton. tag: Hugo A. Weasley and Keaton O. Keaton grinned as he looked between the two males who he probably considered essential people to his beings. It was right then and there that Keaton decided that the two were his left and right Kidneys, yes without them he would not be able to survive. Yes, he would have to tell them at some point that they had been dubbed his Kidneys, so they better stick around if they didn't want him to die. Well, unless of course they did, which would then suck a fair amount and really wasn't something that Keaton liked to think about. He'd been close with the two for far too long to ever imagine either one of them tossing him to the side, even when it came to girls. Though from what Keaton knew Iggy just had some girl he was secretly pining for, and then Hugo almost seemed oblivious to the idea of liking any sort of girl.
And then of course there was himself, who was currently going after the famous Roxanne Weasley, which was slightly odd considering it was his best mate's cousin. But he had yet to hear any sort of objection from either of the red heads, so unless there was a reason Keaton would continue to pursue her. However his mind was dragged away from Roxanne and brought back when a ball smacked his chest and Keaton made a joking sort of dramatic Omph come from him as he caught the downwards falling ball. "Ahhhh, my heart!" he cried out in a dramatic manner before Keaton was close enough to toss the ball back to Iggy and not worry about it flying off somewhere else, or the other not being able to catch it. "Trying to kill it, are we?" Keaton continued to joke before running a hand through the slightly shaggy blonde hair.
Chuckling as he heard the comments passed from Hugo to Iggy and he slightly shook his head. "But of course, I always speak the truth with you two. And you're both lovely people," he said with a wink of sorts before he let himself plop down on the grass and look up towards the others once more. "And what have the two of you been up to today? Not straining yourselves too hard on those books, I hope." Partly joking once more, while the other part of him was quite serious on the matter. He always thought Ravenclaws spent way too much time behind books when they could be out having fun and expanding the deeds they could do in their youth.
