Style: Marko tends to wear white 3/4 length sleeve shirts and jeans. He sticks to black, greys and whites with the occasional red or blue. He has this leather jacket that he wears pretty much all the time. He's had it since he was fifteen and adores it to pieces. He wears a necklace that he's had for ten years and he's always got some sort of cuff on his right wrist.
Distinguishing Marks: He has a scar on his forehead from flying into a tree and hitting a branch.

Personality: First off, one of the easiest ways to piss Marko off is to call him Marko. Close friends call him Trist and just friends call him Mark. He's not a huge fan of his first name, which is why he likes being called those two nicknames. The only people who get to call him Marko is his family. Marko's kind of a womanizer, he can't help it, he likes anything in a skirt, but he respects women, as strange as that sounds. A woman isn't just for fun, she's for pleasure in his mind. He believes in true love, because what does anyone have if they don't have love?
Mark is an outdoors kind of guy. He spends the nicer afternoons sitting in a tree reading a book, or swimming in the lake. He loves Quidditch to no extent, he gets that from his father though. Mark loves to laugh and he's that one guy where something funny would happen and when everyone else was over it, he'd be rolling on the floor with laughter. He also laughs when he's trying to get out of an awkward moment, just to avoid having to say anything else.
One of the best ways to get on his bad side is to threaten his family. He doesn't take to that lightly at all and will become rather nasty to you if you do that. He's very protective of Ivanka and has made a vow to always be there for her, no matter what. He's always willing to sit and listen to her if she needs someone to talk to.

General History: He's heard the two stories behind his parents marriage and he still isn't sure which to believe, but he's always wanted to believe the one where his mother didn't force his father into getting married, but he married because that was what would have been the best thing for their unborn children.
Marko was quiet as a baby, he wasn't a crier. He slept mostly. Since he lived in both France and Bulgaria up until he was seven, he's fluent in both languages, but he prefers the Bulgarian tongue. He finds he speaks it far better than both French and English. He grew close with his cousins rather quickly, finding some sort of friendship with them, he liked that a lot, seeing how he wasn't really allowed to make friends with other families except their own.
Yes, he was disappointed that he wouldn't get to go to Durmstrang. That was something he'd been looking forward to since he knew what it was. He wanted to make his father proud and he thought going to the school that he went to would do that. His father was just as proud when he was sorted into Hufflepuff. Mark was a little disappointed he and Ivanka weren't sorted into the same house, but he made it work.
Marko was in his glory at Hogwarts. He was able to make friends very quickly and he was growing out of the awkward preteen years into a handsome young man. He found that he exceeded expectations in potions class and was moved to advanced potions. In his fourth year though, he found out news that would soon tear his family apart.
He wouldn't have found out that his father had cheated on his mother if one of his friends didn't tell him what they read in a magazine. When he asked his parents with his sister, they just told him to let the adults settle it. This just irked him, but he went on with his life. He wanted to cry though, when the divorced finalized, he just wanted to break down.
He started to believe in true love by his fifth year, but he also discovered that woman is also for pleasure and not just fun. He kept his grades up and he kept going to his lessons, pretending as though nothing was wrong with his life. He missed his father though, he missed him so much. He had adjusted well, until his father went back to Bulgaria. Marko felt lost without his father.
Marko's stuck with the Quidditch team and he's stuck with keeping his grades up, but he's looking for true love and not just a fling that only lasts a couple weeks.
