Style: Judas dresses quite extravagantly. He can often be found wearing a disarray of colors, usually with some eye popping patterns mixed in. He is a fan of accessorizing with odd hats, scarves, and sunglasses. Judas tends to wear a lot of jewelry, especially rings. Though he pays attention to his wardrobe, Judas' clothes usually look worn from a life of traveling with lots of creatures.
Distinguishing Marks: Many various tattoos. He doesn't wish to disclose their meaning with anyone, and those who ask receive the evil eye.

Keeble -- A male house elf Judas bought after Angelina went to school. Though Judas even offered to set the loyal elf free, he thoroughly enjoys his work and loves Judas.
Boris & Bridgette -- A pair of snowy owls whose feathers reflect every color of the rainbow, due to a charm put on them by the black market wizard Judas rescued them from.
Cobalt -- A Phoenix who began following Judas around since Elizabeth's death.
Paxton -- A black and grey female Hippogriff who Judas found as a chick and raised himself.
Medusa, Hades, & Hephaestus -- A trio of threstrals that Judas acquired after Elizabeth died and he could see them. They pull the wagons that house the circus materials and cages for the other creatures.
Hannibal -- A young unicorn Judas rescued off the Black Market.
Magenta, Blossom, Candy & Dewie -- A flock of Puffskeins, all female and pink with the exception of Dewie who is male and the most manly shade of purple possible. Angelina trained these all by herself, as they were her idea. They are especially talented at jumping through a series of colorful hoops, to a crowd's delight.
WANTED -- Judas is rather satisfied with his zoo, but wishes for one last creature. He is trying his hardest to acquire a dragon, and has written permission from the Ministry....sort of.

General History:
Judas was born to a muggle couple, who were anything but traditional. Ronaldo and Sarah Pierce were traveling gypsies, never settling in one place for very long. Judas spent the first years of his life in happy bliss. They were poor, but his parents were loving and attentive. Everything changed when Judas received his letter from Hogwarts, accompanied by a strange man in robes who claimed to be the headmaster of the school. Judas' rather eccentric parents believed his tales of witches and wizards at once, and quickly determined that it would be best for Judas to join this strange world and get a proper wizard education. Judas was petrified. He couldn't even read, as neither of his parents knew how to read or write anything more complicated than their names. Through a fund created to give less fortunate muggles Hogwarts school supplies, Judas was soon equipped with a wand and some second hand robes and found himself on platform 9 3/4, saying good bye to his parents.
School wasn't easy for Judas. Though he was fittingly sorted into Hufflepuff and quickly made friends, he was very behind other first years, especially those who weren't muggle born and had grown up around magic. It was quickly arranged for him to attend private sessions with professors to try and catch up. Reading was at first a struggle that made want to rip his hair out, but he eventually caught on and fell in love with books. The only class that brought Judas true delight was Care of Magical Creatures. He had always loved the stray dogs and cats his parents were taking in, and found that he loved magical creatures even more. They loved Judas too, and before long other students began to seek him out for assistance in that subject.
One such student was a girl named Elizabeth Weber. Elizabeth was also a first year Hufflepuff, a mousy girl with dark brown hair and indigo eyes. Judas secretly thought she was beautiful, though other boys made fun of her for the thick rimmed glasses she wore and her frizzy hair. She came to a Judas terrified of the strange creatures they encountered during class, but with his help overcame her fears. Before long she was right beside him, studying even repulsive creatures like Blast-Ended Skrewts. Judas and Elizabeth were inseparable, and made a blood pact to grow up together to become magizoologists.
Judas' second and third years passed very similarly to his first. Though he improved in all of his subjects, he barely scraped by in everything except Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures, which he excelled at. Elizabeth remained his best friend, though Judas had many others as well. He was very happy with his life, until tragedy struck in the winter of his fourth year. The headmaster came to him and informed him that his mother had broken her neck and died while picking apples with his father back in the autumn, and that his father had ended up in a home for the mentally ill, sick with grief and acting out violently due to his wife's death. Judas couldn't go see his father because of the danger he posed to anyone who spoke to him. A few weeks later, Ronaldo managed to hang himself with the blankets from his bed. Judas shut down, ignoring everyone and everything until Elizabeth stormed her way into the boy's dormitory and demanded that he get up. She eased him through his grief, and they became closer than ever.
That summer Judas bounced from one wizarding foster home to the next. Families told the ministry that Judas was hyper and unpredictable, and sometimes violent. It was the worst summer of his life. When he returned to Hogwarts for his fifth year, he was encountered by a beautiful young woman that he scarcely recognized. Elizabeth had flourished over the summer while visiting her aunt on the coast. They had stayed in touch through owl, but hadn't seen each other since the last day of school. Judas was shocked at her change in appearance. He had always found her pretty, but she had grown taller, slimmer and developed wonderful curves. Her glasses had been traded in for contacts, her braces removed, and her hair had finally become manageable. Though other boys were plenty interested, Elizabeth had eyes only for Judas. Too shy to make the first move, Judas was thrilled when she kissed him for the first time one late night in the common room. It wasn't big news to the student population of Hogwarts that they were an item. People had been teasing them about it since first year, they were actually surprised that it took so long for them to finally get together.
That summer Judas took an internship living with a magizoologist in London, living in his basement and organizing his journals and charts. Though it was an amazing and inspiring experience, it was an agonizing wait for the beginning of the school term to see Elizabeth again. He kept every letter she wrote him, adding them to the collection of things she gave him that he started way back in his first year. Their reunion at the train platform made even some of their peers parents cry. Judas' sixth year was going smoothly, until a bump in the road came along...or rather, a bump in Elizabeth's stomach. She woke him one night, crying, and dragged him down to the common room. She tearfully confessed to being pregnant, with his child of course. The two sat together until the morning, thinking of what they should do.
It was decided that they would both finish their sixth year, and that summer Judas would go to live with Elizabeth at her parent's house where she would have the baby. Neither would return for their seventh year, instead funneling their energy towards their newborn baby. Elizabeth's parents weren't overly fond of Judas, but they accepted that what was done was done, and were willing to help Elizabeth with her pregnancy. Judas secretly suspected that they were still excited to become grandparents, even if it was sooner than planned. That July, Elizabeth gave birth to a healthy baby girl whom they named Angelina Noelle Pierce. They spent a few months at Elizabeth's parent's house, but before long left to be on their own.
Despite not finishing their education at Hogwarts, Judas and Elizabeth were offered positions as Magizoologists for a private company. They travelled from Egypt to Romania to the Antarctic, taking Angelina where they could and leaving her safely at her grandparent's house when they couldn't. Four years passed before the travel began to wear the young family down, and Elizabeth talked Judas into buying a small house where they could stay at least part of the year instead of constantly living in tents. They found a small clapboard house in the middle of the woods, and after some work it was perfect for the young couple and their toddler daughter. Judas and Elizabeth conducted a study on the eating habits of unicorns from home, and were beginning to discuss having a second child when a disaster occurred that ruined Judas' life.
During the middle of the night, a freak accident caused the fire in the wood stove to jump out, igniting some blankets laying on the floor. Judas had fallen asleep on the couch while documenting an encounter he'd had with a unicorn that morning, and he quickly rushed outside thinking that Elizabeth and Angelina had already made it out. He was mistaken. Elizabeth was at the window of Angelina's nursery on the second floor, screaming for Judas. He rushed over, and she tossed Angelina down to him. There was no way to save Elizabeth without leaving his daughter alone outside, next to the burning house. Despite being sorely tempted, he stayed with Angelina, screaming for Elizabeth as the structure collapsed on itself.
Ministry of Magic Fire Department authorities found Judas and Angelina asleep outside the smoking remains of what had once been their home the next morning. They took them to a shelter for homeless wizarding families, where Judas quickly fell victim to the temptations o alcohol. Before long, the shelter began threatening to kick him out and put Angelina into foster care if he didn't change his ways. Instead of giving them the chance, he packed up in the middle of the night and took Angelina and left. His career brought them to Ireland, where they lived in a camper for a few months. Unable to fight off his alcoholism and depression, Judas was soon fired as he was unable to meet deadlines.
Judas had no idea what to do with himself, or his young daughter until he found Paxton. The young Hippogriff had lost her mother, and Angelina stumbled upon her while playing outside one day. Judas had always loved Hippogriffs, and took her in. Before long, she was tame and even willing to do tricks. An idea struck Judas...he would utilize his extensive knowledge of magical creatures to create a zoo. He took out a loan from Gingotts to fund his venture, one he would never pay off in full. Quickly he acquired many creatures, majority rescued off the black market. The Ministry began to hound him for permits, and after a few years he got majority of them filed without receiving too many fines.
Judas named his circus JSP's Traveling Magical Creature Emporium. Three threstrals, visible to Judas and Angelina after witnessing Elizabeth's death, were purchased by Judas to pull the series of enchanted flying circus wagons he bought with a second loan from Gringotts. These housed the other zoo creatures, as well as a wagon with two small cots where Judas and Angelina slept. The two were as happy as they could possibly be for the rest of Angelina's childhood, though Judas still struggled with gambling and drinking issues as well as the shadow of depression left behind by Elizabeth. When Angelina turned eleven, she received her letter from Hogwarts. Though it was hard for him, Judas sent her off knowing that he could scarcely afford to feed and clothe her. Her maternal grandparents, both now passed, had left her an inheritance that Judas didn't have to ability to touch, as it was solely to pay for Angelina's robes, books and wand. Judas was thankful for this, especially when he saw the expression on Angelina's face upon buying her school materials. She had never owned anything brand new before, something Judas was guilty for.
After Angelina left for Hogwarts, Judas continued to travel with his zoo, still struggling with the same demons. He drinks too much, gambles more than he should, and gets in trouble with the Ministry often. The zoo is a success wherever it goes, as it's truly one of a kind. Though he refuses to hire any employees, Judas did get a House Elf after Angelina left as he couldn't manage to care for himself and all the animals on his own.
