Adin Larissa Ellis ;;I'd like to make myself believe That planet earth turns slowly The astronomy tower was probably one of the most beloved places in all of Hogwarts. The generation before had shunned it after the famous Professor Dumbledore had been killed here, but many had now forgotten that and now students could be found up here almost nightly. Class had taken place here tonight, and just moments ago the tower had been filled with students and telescopes. Now Adin was the only one left, reluctant to go back down to the Slytherin dungeons and go to bed. It was past midnight, but she wasn't tired. She loved the night, especially the stars. Up here it was like you could reach out and touch them, they would stick to your skin leaving it cool and glittering.
It's hard to say that I'd rather stay Awake when I'm asleep Adin sat down and leaned against one of the tower's pillars, staring off into the night sky. Every so often there was a shooting star, streaking across the indigo sky. The night was cool and breezy. Adin pulled her favorite leather jacket tighter around her thin waist. She wondered how long it would be before she got too cold to stay up here any longer and would have to retire inside. She'd never been up here alone before. Normally there were her classmates, either for class or a party to accompany her. Upon occasion there had been a male companion to chase away the chill. Adin leaned her head back and gave a soft grin. She'd gotten her first kiss up here during her second year. It had been a dare, and she'd found the boy's mouth to be moist and unpleasant. Before long though she began to understand the appeal, as all young people did. Adin heard footsteps behind her, and she turned her head slightly to see who had come to disturb her.

So what we go out That's how its supposed to be Living young and wild and free Logan didn't have much to do tonight. He didn't really have any intentions of doing homework and Vi had him patrolling along the astronomy tower. Who the hell would be there anyway? What a stupid place to patrol. But he supposed she'd given it to him tonight because she knew he didn't care, and wouldn't do anything if it was somewhere that wasn't going to cause him to screw up. But at least if he was stationed somewhere else, he'd actually have someone to talk to. Since this wasn't an area that needed it he didn't have anyone to patrol with him.
Or at least he thought he didn't. As he climbed the stairs he came upon the figure of an older Slytherin girl he didn't actually know that well, but he definitely wanted to, and he didn't mean her personality. He started to walk into the room, which was cold since it wasn't really a room, but a big open space. He vaguely remembered that this was where Professor Dumbledore had died over twenty seven years ago. Harry and his father had told them all about it, but it was still weird, and Logan didn't like to think about it. So instead he thought about the girl in front of him. "You know, it's past curfew, you're not supposed to be up here. But I'd be willing to let a pretty girl off the hook," he said, as she turned around to see who it was. He grinned, which added the "if you know what I mean" silently on the end of his sentence.

Adin Larissa Ellis ;; Adin glanced back at the tall figure behind her. It was most definitely male, which instantly sparked her interest. Once a flirt, always a flirt. "Darn. I've been caught by a prefect again, haven't I?" she said dryly. Majority of the prefects she knew were just as bad as the rest of the students, if not worse. It was, needless to say, a corrupt system. One that Adin had no patience for. She wasn't too fond of being told what to do. However, she was fairly certain that this particular prefect was quite pleased to find her here. She stood up, straightening her black leather jacket to get a better look at who she was dealing with.
Adin leaned against the pillar, tilting her head to the side to survey the boy in front of her. She made no attempt to hide it...he'd already hit on her. If he was hot, why not hit back? And he was hot. Dark hair, dark eyes, the way she liked them. From what she could tell, he had a good figure as well. Adin recognized him as a Gryffindor, though she couldn't put a name to him nor a year. He certainly wasn't a Quidditch player, she knew everyone on all the teams. And if wasn't like she minded prefects enough to know him by that. "So, what am I going to have to do to keep you from tattling on me? Drop on my knees and beg for forgiveness kind stranger?" She shot him a smirk, toying with him now. At the very least tonight, she was going to find out who this guy was.

So what we go out That's how its supposed to be Living young and wild and free Logan smiled a wicked grin. This girl was wickedly hot, and he could tell that he'd already caught her attention. Yes, Logan was also wickedly hot. He knew he recognized her, she was on the Slytherin team. But he couldn't place a name, nor did he really care about Quidditch, seeing as he rarely went to the matches, nor did he play. "It would appear so, now wouldn't it?" he said. He wasn't going to really do anything about her being out past curfew. He, and the vast majority of other prefects excluding his sister and select others, really didn't care about small things, or in his case, anything.
Logan was wearing simple jeans and a tight black tshirt, with a leather jacket on over top. Technically he was supposed to be wearing his uniform, but why bother? They didn't show the world how hot he was, and everyone deserved to know that. And he didn't like looking like everyone else, nor did he care for the prefect rules. He smirked when she asked if she should get down on her knees and beg forgiveness. "Well you can get on your knees, but the kind of begging I like doesn't involve talking," he said, quite liking the idea he was getting in his mind. If she went for it, great, if not, he would get something else, he was sure. Hot people generally attracted hot people.

Adin Larissa Ellis ;;The prefect stranger grinned at her, flashing perfect white teeth. It was very clear that he had no intentions to turn her in to the headmaster, though Adin wasn't too concerned about getting in trouble anyways. With all the partying going on in the school these days, and the scandals among professors, one seventh year girl out alone with no drugs or alcohol would barely earn a detention. Not to mention, Adin was particularly good at avoiding punishment. Early in life she had found that nearly everyone could be sweet talked, threatened or bribed. A lesson that had served her well in her seven years at Hogwarts.
Adin gave a throaty laugh when the boy proposed a rather risqué form of begging, one Adin wasn't too fond of. "If you think I'm that easy, you better prepare to be sorely disappointed." she shook her head, tossing her dark curls. She was confident that she already had this boy figured out. His type were all too common. Sexy sure, but self-absorbed and vain. Not so different from herself, but Adin disregarded this. "I don't even know your name. What sort of girl do you take me for?" She crossed her arms and approached the boy until they were a mere foot or so apart. She was shorter than him, but not drastically so. He smelled rather pleasant but Adin tried not to let it get to her. She hadn't really talked to any boys of interest yet this year, unless you counted the anonymous note deal she had going with someone in her History of Magic class. Most of the blokes her age were either in steady relationships, bad news, or boys she'd already gotten bored of.

So what we go out That's how its supposed to be Living young and wild and free Oh no no no, he wasn't going to get her in trouble. But it also didn't seem he was going to get anything else either. That was disappointing to him. But he didn't show it. Instead he shrugged it off, like he didn't care. He hadn't actually expected anything. "Your loss, but I always return the favor," he said nonchalantly, still grinning.
His grin turned even more wicked as she approached him, stopping only a few inches in front of him. "Well, apparently not the kind of girl I'd been hoping for," he said, sounding bored. He almost considered a form of blackmail. You give me what I want, I won't turn you in. But he knew the headmaster wouldn't care about some girl who wasn't going to bed yet. He had more important things, like the secret parties with smuggle alcohol and drugs. Which of course he would never turn in. Besides, if he was gonna do anything with this girl, he wanted it to be because they both wanted to, which eventually it would be. He was sure. "Perhaps if you told me yours, I'd tell you mine."

Adin Larissa Ellis ;;"Your loss, but I always return the favor,". Adin rolled her eyes, still grinning at the cute, though hormonal prefect in front of her. "I'm sure you do," she laughed. "But I still think I'll have to pass for the moment." She winked at him slyly. Though it was well known that Adin wasn't shy when it came to messing around, she preferred to play hard to get. It was much more fun to be the chased than the chaser. Let this boy prove he was worth her time. She already knew she was worth his.
"Oh I may not be the kind of girl you were hoping for," she said, raising one thin eyebrow at him. "But I'm the kind of girl you want...or at least you will." If he could be over confident, so could she. Sure, she sounded like a bitch, but Adin often did. Didn't make her many friends, but she wasn't the type to care. She had a few people she socialized with, and her best friend Charlotte. Boys came and went, and she saw each and every one as temporary anyways.
"Afraid to tell me your name?" Adin teased, running one manicured hand through her thick curls. "I'm Adin. Adin Ellis. Seventh year, Slytherin, Quidditch chaser, Death Eater's daughter...I like long walks on the beach, and meeting up with strange innuendo-loving blokes at midnight. I think I like that anyways. Maybe you'll have to prove it to me." she grinned at the boy again, before turning away from him and leaning against the balcony railing. The ground was far below, just a plummet away. Heights didn't bother her though. That would make Quidditch rather difficult. She didn't bother glancing behind her to see if the boy had followed her across the tower. Either he was intrigued or he wasn't, of use to her or just another handsome face.

So what we go out That's how its supposed to be Living young and wild and free Logan grinned at the tall beauty before him. Ah for the moment. "I'll still be here when you're ready," he took her sly wink as a promise for later. Good, just what he wanted. He wasn't sure he liked being the one to chase after this girl. He was used to getting the girls to chase after him, quite easily. Apparently this girl was used to the same thing. A shame.
He laughed a low laugh. The kind of girl he wanted? Logan wanted any kind of girl, especially this one. She had all the requirements. Tall, skinny, rockin' bod, and quite the lovely face. Oh yes, he already wanted her, and he was positive she wanted him too. "Oh yes, aren't you a confident one? But I'm sure you already want me, so you say that to get a rise, trying to get me to admit something that's really how you feel," he said, grinning, trying to get a rise out of her instead.
He walked to the other side of the tower, looking at the class equipment he really didn't care about, listening to her go on about herself. Adin Ellis. "Not afraid, just wanted to see if we could keep this game up. You lose," he smiled wickedly, decided that since she actually fessed up he would too. "Logan Shacklebolt, Gryffindor, youngest child of Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt, rebellious ass hole everyone hates, but girls love," he winked at her at the last part. Death eaters? That would go over well with who his parents were. He followed her towards the balcony, and spun her around so her back was up against it, and put his arms on either side, so he was boxing her in. "I'm positive you do like it, Miss Ellis."

Adin Larissa Ellis ;;"Maybe I'll be ready eventually," Adin laughed. "But somehow I suspect that you'll run out of patience before then, and move on to some other girl who's willing to play your game." She leaned against the railing, watching him critically as he laughed, apparently amused with the situation. She laughed too, a soft chuckle that still managed to echo loudly in the open room of the tower. "There's the difference between you and me...I'm confident, and you're just plain cocky." she said, still smiling at him.
"You're so positive I want you huh? What if I have a boyfriend?" Adin didn't of course, she wasn't the dating type in the least. She'd never had a boyfriend, and wasn't ever planning on it. Sure, there were times where she got a little jealous seeing other girls with their boyfriends and had notions of romance, but in the end it all seemed like too much work and not enough reward. She preferred to mess around with no commitment, to break hearts instead of being heartbroken.
"The youngest Shacklebolt?" Adin laughed. "My, my...that's awfully ironic." Her father hated the Shacklebolts, though he kissed the minister's butt to gain a pardon and a job at the ministry. She knew of Logan, but had never paid him any mind Adin generally ignored fifth year boys. They tended to be cocky idiots all too eager to get into a girl's pants. Or dull. Logan served as a fine example of the first, though the later was far from true. He intrigued her, challenged her. It was a nice change of pace. Logan stood in front of her, placing his hands on the railing around her so that she had no escape aside from plunging over the side. Adin could feel the heat coming off his body. He was intoxicatingly close. "Let me ask you a question Logan," she mummered softly, placing a delicate hand on his chest. "If I give in, am I going to hear about how you conquered a seventh year Slytherin and got what you wanted or can you play nice and say we call it a draw?"
