Courtney Adaire 94

Okay... So I'm Courtney. Or commonly known around the web as Courtney Adaire (courtneyadaire, courtneyadaire94) the 94 is because I was born in 1994, and just turned 18 a month and a half ago, on February 24. I had a countdown going for the entire month of February. Needless to say, I was excited to finally enter adulthood. My best friend calls me Squee a lot, but she's the only one. I tried Cam, because my initials are CAM, but it just didn't fit. So I'll stick with Courtney or Courtney Adaire.

My roleplay experience had ended when I was about a sophomore in High School. I tried to pretend like I could still do it for the past two years, but I couldn't. But I'm REALLY excited for the muse I have acquired for this site. Let's not jinx it

So I'm a senior in High School. I live in a super freaking tiny town in Central Illinois and it gets really boring. But we somehow manage to have fun. I've been in so many things in my high school experience. I've been in my school's marching band (color guard all the way baby!) I've been in dance, speech team, Calamity Jane, Seussical, and was recently a main orphan named July in Annie as far as musicals go. I also work at a small town grocery store as a cashier and have done volunteer work at the Junior Red Cross.

Next year I'll be attending ICC (Illinois Central College) where I'll get my gen-eds out of the way before transferring who knows where (I've got two years ) but I haven't decided a major yet. Oh well, I've got like ten things I wanna minor in.

As far as family goes I've got two older brothers, Ray and Jake. Ray now has a wife, Jackie, and three weeks before my birthday their beautiful daughter Claire was born and we finally got to go see them (because they live in the state of Washington) and it was great. My other brother has his own apartment and two jobs, one of which is at the grocery store with me, so we still sorta see each other. I also have a younger sister, Kendra, who just turned seven and is in first grade. She's such a cutie. I also had a little brother until I was eight, but he died in an accident. It doesn't hurt to talk about him, his name was Dalton and I plan to one day name my own child after him. If you wanna know, I'll tell you.

As far as friends go, I modeled Astrid after myself in this aspect. I can't stand leaving someone and I want to make sure everyone knows they have a friend in the world. It kills me, and I think it's because one of my really good friends died almost two years ago (on the thirteenth) and he was always so nice and just wanted to be everyone's friend. After he died, I basically made it my mission in life to be like that. He was a great guy. It hurts to talk about this one, because I haven't had ten years to get used to it (however again, if you wanna know, I will tell you).

But my best friend's name is Kelsey. She's been my best friend since the sixth grade, (6 years!) and knows absolutely EVERYTHING about me. I wouldn't be here if not for her. My other best friend's name is Belle. She has helped me get a lot closer to my faith, and I absolutely love her. Everything about her makes me happy. There's also Rachel, Savannah, Jessi, and Jessica. They've been there through everything with me, and I am so thankful to have them in my life.

My other top best friend is Brian. I met him over the summer on a mission trip. He's always been super nice, and the day before I had left, my best guy friend had basically dumped me, deciding he hated me (we've patched it up since, but really... It's not the same) and Brian was there. He knows everything about me and I him, he's the guy I have always been the most honest with and he accepts me exactly as I am. We started dating on March 29 :]

Another thing that has for some reason become big in my life is Youtube. Have you ever heard of vlogging? It's like blogging, but through video. I became obsessed with vloggers like charlieissocoollike and nerimon and the vlogbrothers and italktosnakes right before the school year, and it led me to try it myself. So me and three other seniors from Nebraska (Morgan), Rhode Island (Jessi), and Texas (Ashley) have been colab vlogging throughout our senior year. If you'd like to check that out, please feel free! I also have four pets. Three cats, Angel, a tiger cat who is my baby and I love him (he's like 9, he's not a baby), Patches, a white cat with a brown tale and other brown patches, and Yang, a black and white cat. We also have a pet dog, Jewels. I don't know what kind she is, she's a mix. But we used to have another dog, Baby. We had her for nine years, and she passed away over the summer. I really miss her, but it was her time to go. I loved her so much though. If my Angel ever dies, I'm going to fall apart.
