A long time had passed since Harry Potter defeated the Dark Lord and Wizarding world has been left in peace. The world had built itself up all over again. Businesses are flourishing and families are building bridges. The Ministry has gained back a lot of the respect that it had lost during the war and all in all things are ticking over rather well.
Hogwarts is taking in students every year and seeing graduates off to bigger and better things.
Somewhere in the midst of all this though a small group is banding together. A resurrection of the death eaters. The numbers are slowly growing and they are preparing to do what the last lot failed at. There is no prophecy to tie them to defeating a single object. They are free to mark out their reign of terror as they wish.
