Style: Louis' attire is always casual. He enjoys his v-necks and skinny jeans, a bit too much. Hell, the boy owns four different colored trench coats to go along with it. Not to mention the collection of beanies that hide in the top shelf of his closet at home. The boy has an excellent sense of style and whether that's due to his French genes or not is in the eye of the beholder.

Personality:
When first meeting Louis, you'll see that french charm that everyone stereotypes as all French based people having. Truthfully though, his parents just raised him to be a gentleman. If someone had ever been to France they would see that the French charm is only received when the tourist can speak French. Of course, besides that gentleman courtesy, Louis likes to keep his personal life to himself. He doesn't enjoy putting his problems onto the shoulders of others. That being said, he's not the greatest person to go to when seeking advice. He gets too concerned about being a nice guy and fears that he might be too mean. So, as a result, there's no over dramatic person in the world, or so he says.
The only time the boy has properly said no was when ever it has come to the idea of second dates. He does all of his judging on the first date, and if there's any sign of nervous butterflies throughout the night then it's a no-go. Louis likes the girls where doesn't get butterflies and he can feel calm enough to have an actual conversation with. Of course, that gets hard to do when the flirty girls want to show off their French speaking skills around the boy. Frankly he doesn't like his mother's natural tongue and would rather be an Italian speaker instead.

General History:
Being the youngest child and the only boy of Bill and Fluer Weasley was never an easy job. While Bill adored having a son around, his sisters found more than enough uses for him. When Vic was starting to wear make up she would sometimes test out new styles on his face. Mostly because he was young enough to fall for the promise of candy, while Dominque had grown wise enough to make her own decisions. Still with time, all three kids grew past that easy manipulation phase slowly became their own persons.
Once Louis was sent off to Hogwarts, he assumed he would follow the majority of the Weasley clan and end up in Gryffindor. However, he was the one to end up in Ravenclaw. This was a nice change, for the entire time his sisters were in Hogwarts he did not have to spend every single free moment around them. It allowed him to venture off and make friends who only knew of certain family members. Of course, he has been roommates with his cousin Hugo for a good while, but he would take him over living with his sisters any day.
Now in his sixth year, Louis has had his fair share of dates and parties. Since becoming a fully blown teenager, Louis has not had much change in his character. Who knows though, maybe that will begin to change this year. Then he can focus on worry about his seventh year and what he will do after he gets out of Hogwarts.
